Typically when you go for sushi, what you get are those cheap disposable wooden chopsticks that you have to break apart and then try to avoid splintering yourself as you eat. We don't even put our feet on splintered pieces of wood, so why on earth do we eat with them? Thankfully, Micah sent me the super cool Stainless Steel Chopsticks Akebono. I've never seen a pair quite like this. They actually break down in size for easy keeping and when you're ready to use them, they snap together easily. The top half features a black-to-red gradient and the bottom half are stainless steel with grooves to help you hold on to that piece of eel. Imagine that - stainless steel, just like a fork! Above all, how cool am I going to be breaking out my very own chopsticks the next time I dine sushi-style?
