TASSIMO Suprema Hot Beverage Machine by Bosch - Review

When I was presented with the opportunity to review the TASSIMO Suprema Hot Beverage Machine by Bosch, I couldn't contain my excitement. I literally squealed with delight. My husband looked at me like I was crazy, but I didn't care. Not one bit. He just doesn't understand my affinity for coffee.

I'd been dying for a single-cup brewer mainly because I am the sole coffee-drinker in our house. I hadn't even thought of the fact that it would also make my life easier. Up until now, my morning coffee routine involved quickly grinding the coffee beans (Yes, I am that into my coffee) and starting a half pot while I waited for Emma's bottle to warm so that by the time I was done feeding her, I could finally enjoy a nice cup of java. Most mornings, the carafe and all of the coffee in it would turn cold before I'd even come close to finishing it. Sometimes before I even had the time to grab a second cup!

Now that I've got the TASSIMO, I'm in heaven. I no longer have to wait for the pot to brew, only to dump it down the drain. All it takes is a push of the button and my cup is filled in under 60 seconds!

The TASSIMO Suprema Hot Beverage Machine is sleek and stylish, black being the main color with chrome details. It features a 61 ounce removeable water tank with a convenient handle, which makes filling a breeze. TASSIMO also includes a water filter that works just as easily as your standard pitcher system. Since it requires a pre-soak and I was just too eager to try out the machine so I did not opt to use it at this time. As I was investigating the adjustable cup stand, I was wondering how on earth a person could ever fit a travel mug under there. Getting frustrated, I read the manual and found that the stand is completely removeable! That's what I get for skimming the reading materials.

One of the things that makes this machine stand out from others on the market is the fact that it brews more than just plain ol' cup of coffee. You can still have a regular cup of java, but you can also brew espresso/cappuccino, hot chocolate, teas, and lattes! The cappuccino is my hands-down favorite. I've searched high and low for a cappuccino machine over the past few years. The steep price tag made owning one impossible, not to mention the work that goes along with it. Even with the expensive machines, I still would have to do the work. I feel so pampered when I'm able to steal a few minutes every day and sit with a hot cappuccino, courtesy of the TASSIMO.

After you brew a milk T-disc into your coffee, it is recommended that you clean the machine using the special re-useable T-disc provided. It allows you to flush the machine with hot water and is just as easy as brewing your coffee with the TASSIMO. If needed, you can also wash all moveable parts in the dishwasher.

I can't say enough about this machine, I love it so much. I'm not normally a morning person, but with it I actually look forward to getting up in the morning so that I can enjoy the bistro that awaits me downstairs.

BUY IT! The TASSIMO Suprema Hot Beverage Machine by Bosch retails for $169.99.

Thanks to TASSIMO for making this wonderful machine, and for sending it to me along with T-Disc packages of Starbucks® Caffè Verona®, Gevalia Signature Blend Coffee, Starbucks® Cappuccino Primo, Milka Hot Chocolate and Twining’s® Chai Tea Latte.
