Rainbow Brite Doll Collection - Review + Giveaway

Have you heard that Rainbow Brite has returned to the toy scene?  I recently posted about Rainbow Brite's new website, where you can play great games and activities with your children.  I'm giving away one of the activity CDs here. 

This Spring, Playmates Toys, is launching the Rainbow Brite fashion doll collection which will be available at Toys R’ Us and Target stores.  The collection features 10" replicas of Rainbow Brite and her friends Moonglow and Tickled Pink, complete with magical fashion accessories.  You'll also be able to purchase their four-legged companions: Starlight, Shimmer and Sunriser. 

You'll notice that Rainbow Brite has grown up a bit.  She is now 10-years-old, but she still spreads her positive messages of courage, kindness, and hope. 

We received Rainbow Brite herself for this review.  Emmy is a little young for Rainbow Brite as the recommended age is 4-8, so I am saving this doll to be enjoyed by her at a later date.  This doll brought back memories for me.  Ms. Brite has removeable cuffs, boots and hair accessories for hours of fun for young girls.
