I've seen wafers made this way in my grocery store. Thankfully, someone applied the same heat + pressure idea to America's favorite snack, potato chips.
I was sent the whole shebang, every last popchips flavor and I can't stop eating them. But that's okay, because they're low in fat and low in calories. Did I mention, irresistibly delicious?
Here is the lowdown of all of the flavors:
original potato - The perfect potato chip with just the right amount of salt.
barbeque potato - Probably my favorite flavor. Nothing beats a good tangy BBQ taste.
sour cream & onion potato - Second favorite. Creamy and delicious.
cheddar potato - It's cheesy. In a good way.
sea salt & vinegar potato - Nice, strong flavor. Salt and vinegar, as promised.
salt & pepper potato - At first I didn't like it, but the pepper adds some spice and I ended up loving it.
parmesan garlic potato - Just like garlic mashed potatoes. Only crunchier.

popchips, where have you been all my life? Finally I've found a delicious snack, in a generous portion, that I can enjoy guiltlessly.
