When I think back to my childhood and the way my mother used to fight stains, I remember quite a few home remedies. Salt to lift blood, white vinegar to treat grass stains, and so on. Sometimes it worked, and other times the stain won out.
But I think what’s important to note is that moms have changed over the years. We’re no longer just being housewives. Many of us have taken on more responsibilities and may not have the time available to pre-soak a bad stain and then scrub it out.
I think the way we fight stains has changed dramatically, which is what has perpetuated the need for more innovative products.
Wisk, then:
Am I the only one that got scared when the kids screamed, “Ring around the collar!”?
And here’s the now:
The new Wisk® with Stain Spectrum™ Technology is said to be engineered to target the major stain groups:
-Carbohydrates such as milk chocolate
-Proteins such as grass
-Oils such as peanut butter
I’m looking forward to testing out the new Wisk detergent. Once I do, I will be posting about my experience!
Disclosure: I have written this post as part of a sponsored campaign for Wisk detergent. All of the opinions stated above are my own.
