Just a few months ago I rebranded this blog. I made the decision to change things up just before my new blog design (courtesy of April Showers) was implemented. So I changed my name and url and I’m still thrilled with the results. The thought had entered my mind to switch to a self-hosted Wordpress platform then but at the time April was only designing blogger blogs. I loved her designs, so I figured Wordpress could wait, but I knew that at some point I wanted to take advantage of the great benefits and plugins available to self-hosted Wordpress bloggers.
Shortly after I changed my look here, April made some changes of her own by expanding into Wordpress design. There was nothing holding me back now, so I hired April to make it happen. So in the next day or so, the big switch will be made. If all goes according to plan, nothing should really change for you. Fingers crossed! :)

ReplyDeleteLet us know how it goes. I thought about it for a while but to be honest, I just don't like visiting WP blogs. I do like their layout more than blogger, but I wish they had a pop-up commenting box. And there's nothing worse than "slow down, you are posting too fast."
