With flu season upon us, I'm a little paranoid about picking up germs when I go out in public. There are too many sickly people that refuse to stay at home. We recently joined a playgroup so that Emma and I can socialize a bit more, but I worry about her catching colds from other children.
She and I both use hand sanitizer to try and kill any bacteria we might pick up after playdates or a trip to the supermarket. I'm not 100% sure that I should be using sanitizer on her, but I figure it's probably better than the icky germs, especially with the flu viruses that are out there. The one thing I hate about traditional hand sanitizer is that strong alcohol-smell and stinging sensation. Even the scented ones at the bath and body stores wreak of alcohol, their fragrances poorly mask the strong odor. They also dry out your hands.
I was so excited to try the Moisturizing Hand Sanitizer by Susan Brown's Baby which is part of the Just for Mom collection. When I first applied it, I noticed the blue and pink beads and I thought they were some kind of exfoliant. No those beads contain jojoba and vitamin E, the key factors in the moisturizing effects of this sanitizer. It also smells lovely and fresh, a nice floral scent. I can't stop smelling my hands - People are going to think I'm strange!
Susan Brown's Baby offers luxurious products for Mom and Baby. Susan Brown has learned from the experience of her father who has over 30 years experience as a chemist, working to produce ingredients for many well-known cosmetic brands.

Absolutely no compensation was received in exchange for my posting this review. Susan Brown sent me her Moisturizing Hand Sanitizer so that I could sample it and share my opinion with my readers. Yours may differ.
What a treat! That sounds like my sort of sanitizer. Usually I don't think of moisturizing & sanitizing as going together. Thanks for the review!
